This is a staff position reporting to Project Engineer. He/She is responsible for implementing an operational plan for complete the project, monitor progress and performance against the project plan, take action to resolve operational problems & minimize delays, prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project.
Specific requirements to apply:
- Min. Diploma Degree majoring electrical engineering
- Min. 10 years working experiences in electrical project work
- Contracting experience in the construction of heavy industrial plant
- Independent, self motivated and hard worker.

Based in Asam-asam, South Kalimantan. This is a staff position reporting to admin supervisor. This position is responsible for administering, organizing and coordinating camp & travel and business accommodation within company guidelines with the objective to efficiently and effectively manner. He/she also responsible for processing and monitoring permit and report to government based on regulation guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Min. D3 graduate in business administration or relevant disciplines.
- Having experience in administration related role.
- Possess good knowledge in documentation handling.
- Possess excellent language skills either spoken, written of both Indonesian and English
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
- Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.

Gradute Development Program (Code: GDP)
Based in South Kalimantan. This is a staff position. We will provide comprehensive training and development programs and mentoring at mine site for the successful candidate.
Specific Requirements:
- Min S-1 Degree in Mine Engineering (ME-GDP), Geological Engineering (GEO-GDP), and Geodetic Engineering (GEOD-GDP) with GPA min. 3.00
- Experience is not mandatory, but relevant experience in mine engineering such as mine scheduling, financial analysis, contract administration or production will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Mincom Software and knowledge of Coal Quality will be an advantage.
- Good understanding on technical and financial aspect of coal mining operations.
General Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ideally in both English and Indonesian to liaise with internal/external contacts.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Contract Mining Administrator – (Code: CMA)
This position is equal to Senior Management position and report to Senakin Site Manager and based in Senakin Mine Site. He/She will responsible to administer and coordinate the contractual aspect of the alliance contract with major mining contractors at Senakin Mines, provide technical support where required with the aim of optimizing the implementation of the terms and conditions in the contract, administer the actual mining contract and providing interpretation to the Mine Manager on the issue relating specifically to the contract, provide advice and assistance to the Mine Manager as required.
Specific Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering from reputable university.
- Having Min. 8 years experiences in mining industries from multi national company.
- Knowledge and understanding of all coal mining production processes.
- Familiar with contract administration job especially FIDIC standard.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Pw Point).
General Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.

Logistics & Quality Engineer (Code: LQE)
Based in South Kalimantan. This is a staff position reporting to Superintendent Logistic & Quality. He/she is responsible to control and monitoring of the coal quality and barge logistics across coal chain from mine to barge for NPLCT and transshipment.
Specific Requirements:
- S-1 degree in Mining or Metallurgy or related disciplines with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
- Having minimum 1 year experiences in coal mining industries & process engineering in quality related role.
- Knowledge and understanding of coal mining, processing, bulk handling procedures, shipping and end use industries.
- Extensive experience and proven skill in coal quality management.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Pw Point).
General Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills.

This is a senior staff position based in Batulicin Office, reporting to SHEC Manager. He/she is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring SHE program for all sites to ensure that all employees and contractors comply with the company policy and standard on safety, health & environment and operate in safe condition, developing and implementing SHE best practice to improve the cost effectiveness of company, safety and environmental audit and SHE assurance process and performance to all sites.
Specific Requirements:
- Min. S-1 graduate in health science, engineering or any other relevant disciplines
- Min. 7 years working experiences and/or 3 years in similar position
- Excellent knowledge in Permitting, Safety regulations, SHE management and audit system, good skills in assessment, auditing, training in health, safety and environment, Knowledge of risk assessment methodology as it applies to the areas of healthy, safety, environment and general business.
- Have deep knowledge of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and Safety & Environmental Audit.
General Requirements:

- S1 Degree in Merchant Marine Academy and holding ANT II (minimum ANT III)
- Minimum 4 years experience in handling barges and vessels movement.
- Good knowledge of bulk unloading and loading activities.
- Good knowledge of marine and sea transportation rules and regulations.
- Good knowledge of Marine Contract Administration and Insurance Claim.
- Computer literate (mining software, MS Word, MS Excel)

Based in South Kalimantan. This is a staff position reporting to SHE Supt. This position is responsible for planning, implementing & controlling Environmental programs to ensure that all employees, and contractors comply with the company policy and standard on health & safety.
Required Qualifications:
- Min. S-1 graduate in environmental engineer or relevant disciplines.
- Min 5 years experience in environmental related task.
- Possess good knowledge in environmental regulation, Kepmen & UU & other relevant regulation
- Possess good knowledge and skills in HSE management and audit system and contractor management.
- Well-established leadership skills.
- Possess excellent language skills either spoken, written of both Indonesian and English
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
- Able to work in team environment displaying leadership.
