MATO67O GEN.SUPERVISOR MINE PROCESS.
Responsibility:
- To plan, organize and control activities of the PTNNT Contracts Department in order to approve, manage, and administer commercial aspects of services procurement activities primarily associated with mining operations, exploration, maintenance and process operations, logistics, transportation, construction and the development, implementation and maintenance of varied initiatives to encourage and support local services business plus secondary cross functional support and oversight over the whole Contracts Department in support of the Contracts Manager s role and objectives including acting M second in command in the absence of the Contracts Manager. Activities must be conducted in accordance with PTNNT standards, policies and procedures, Indonesian Law and Batu Hijau Mine Contract of Work while at the same time ensuring a high level of support service to user departments for goods procurement bidding, negotiating purchase agreement and order preparation, administration and management and applying an ethical, efficient, risk managed, consistent and cost effective approach at every stage of the process.
- Contract types include a full range of services and vary greatly include heavy mobile end fixed equipment operation and maintenance, catering, medical services, explosives services, major shipping and logistics, security, aviation, passenger ferry, tugs and marine support, met lab services, product support and technical reps, training, drilling, civil and construction, etc.
Qualification:
- Degree in business, law, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience En contract management.
- Sound understanding of relevant Indonesian business, legal System, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations.
- Well developed computer skills to be able to implement and maintain effective processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, Sound business sense, advanced English language documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.

Responsibility:
- Manage & coach the compliance, reclamation, monitoring, and business planning functions of the Environment Department in accordance with the commitments specified in the Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans, Corporate/Regional objectives and all applicable Government of Indonesia
- Regulation and permit obligations, Accountable for the execution of plans/projects in each of these function and responsibility for the training and development of senior staff
Qualification:
- Minimum of a 4-year college degree in environmental and/or science related field.
- Ten (10) years experience in program development to collect data pertaining to regulatory monitoring requirements with an emphasis on regulatory programs within the mining industry.
- Experienced in environmental compliance and management within the mining (similar) industry.
- Experienced in conducting multiple media environmental sampling and monitoring.
- Management and supervisory experience with emphasis on training, staff development, and budgetary management.
- Strong oral and technical written communication skills.

- Experience is not mandatory, but relevant experience in mine engineering such as mine scheduling, financial analysis, contract administration or production will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Mincom Software and knowledge of Coal Quality will be an advantage.
- Good understanding on technical and financial aspect of coal mining operations.

He/She will responsible to administer and coordinate the contractual aspect of the alliance contract with major mining contractors at Senakin Mines, provide technical support where required with the aim of optimizing the implementation of the terms and conditions in the contract, administer the actual mining contract and providing interpretation to the Mine Manager on the issue relating specifically to the contract, provide advice and assistance to the Mine Manager as required.
Specific Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Mine Engineering from reputable university.
- Having Min. 8 years experiences in mining industries from multi national company.
- Knowledge and understanding of all coal mining production processes.
- Familiar with contract administration job especially FIDIC standard.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Pw Point).

Specific Requirements:
- S-1 degree in Mining or Metallurgy or related disciplines with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
- Having minimum 1 year experiences in coal mining industries & process engineering in quality related role.
- Knowledge and understanding of coal mining, processing, bulk handling procedures, shipping and end use industries.
- Extensive experience and proven skill in coal quality management.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Pw Point).

Specific Requirements:
- Min. S-1 graduate in health science, engineering or any other relevant disciplines
- Min. 7 years working experiences and/or 3 years in similar position
- Excellent knowledge in Permitting, Safety regulations, SHE management and audit system, good skills in assessment, auditing, training in health, safety and environment, Knowledge of risk assessment methodology as it applies to the areas of healthy, safety, environment and general business.
- Have deep knowledge of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and Safety & Environmental Audit.
