Branding Operation
Scope of Work:
To develop, coordinate, execute, monitor & review various brand implementation activity in coordination with internal & third party related to comply with brand guideline and standard & to follow corporate procurement procedure & policy
To coordinate, execute & review brand maintenance strategy and system
To assist Manager in developing, execute branding program & marketing activities, to assist in administering documentation process and filling related to branding, advertising and other promotional activities
To develop filling & retrieval system to properly store all documentation to internal parties (cross department e.g. procurement, finance etc) and external parties, in compliance to the standard operating procedure
To manage & control process flow of documentation system from contract, PR, PO, goods received and invoice according to the SOP
To maintain merchandise inventory management system assuring control on stock point
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
Age between 26 – 32
2 years experience in product management
Familiar with documentation management & control procedure
Familiar with production process and procurement procedures
Strong management on documentation
Interpersonal & communication kill
Multi tasking & time management
Concern to detail
Good command in English both oral & written
Treasury Controller
Scope of works:
Optimizing operational activities specific to banking and cash management activities
Managing indebtedness and bank facilities of Holcim Indonesia Tbk and its subsidiaries
Maintaining compliance to local & group policies, key controls, and regulation
Preparing internal and external reporting requirements related to treasury activities
Managing non-Holcim group insurance coverage
Managing shareholders and equity analysts
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Banking and Accounting Academy
Minimum 4 years in current position, having exposure to:
- Banking products such as Cash Management, Trade, etc
- Share registration management
- Funding (i.e.: bank loan, capital market, etc)
Medium level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with solid
Understanding in:
- Microsoft Excel’s functions & formulas
- Data manipulation features such as Filter, and Pivot Table
- Tables & charts

Quarry Development & QC Superintendent
Scope of works:
Responsible to develop & quality control at limestone and clay quarry with making the map, quarry planning, sampling and analyze to produce the condition product
Responsible to environmental at limestone and clay quarry
Requirements:
Mining/Geology/Geodesy Engineer (S1)
Min. 1 year in current position
3 years experience for Mining/Geology/Geodesy Engineer
Having knowledge and skill of quarry planning technique
Having knowledge and skill of mining surveying
Having knowledge of mining safety and environment regulation
Having Knowledge and skill of blasting technique
Having knowledge of operation & maintenance of heavy equipment
Having leadership/people management
Fluency in written and spoken English
Computer literacy
