Tender Admin & Secretary, Sport/Recreation Attendant/Supervisor
PT Buma Perindahindo – We are a Group Company of General Contractor in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Maintenance Services, Logistics& Others. We look for suitable candidates who can fill the position as below:
Sport/Recreation Attendant/Supervisor (BPI-SR)
Requirements:
- Min high school education or equal, Maximum Age 40 years old
- Having experience in Sport & Recreation Attendant minimum of 3 yrs
- Willing to be placed in areas with a specific schedule
Tender Admin & Secretary (TAS)
Requirements:
- Minimal S1, Majoring in Engineering is preferred
- Having knowledge of the HSE
- Experience as an administrator in the field of tender services for the Oil and Gas industry a minimum of 3 years
- Mastering Active English (written and verbal)
- Mastering Microsoft Office 2007 & Internet
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure and able to work together in a team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct selection of the auction announcement, according to the criteria of the company.
- Responsible for preparing the complete document good pre-qualifications Administration documents and technical, including completeness HSE
- Responsible for preparing the tender documents the complete document in terms of administration, technical and commercial
- Following the tender procedure / tender, starting from the beginning to the end.
- Read and evaluate the tender documents.
- Hold selection of sub contractor / supplier (if any) in accordance with the criteria that need.
- Documentation on all technical and commercial data.
