Career Opportunity & Job Vacancy on PT Sierad Produce Tbk – Trainer – PT Sierad Produce Tbk has core businesses include the production of primary processed and poultry feed, breeding and hatchery, growing farm, slaughtering and production of further processed and value added chicken products, poultry equipment, fish meal production and the newest is retail of meat shop which known as BELMART. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking potential and competent individual to join us as a:
TRAINER
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on the job training for new hires
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training program, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Male & Female, 25 – 35 years old
- Min 2 years experience in Retail industry Store / Mini-market and also F&B/ Restaurant ) as trainer
- Min DIII / S-1 from any discipline
- Preferably having Poultry or Meat process knowledge
- Honest, Dependable, Target and Customer Oriented
- Well groomed and Good Communication skill.
