Career Opportunity & Job Vacancy for Prima-Dent International Ltd – Provider Relations – Prima-Dent International Ltd, Health and Dental Care Industry, Do you want to work in a world class organization and enjoy a career full of challenging, growth and reward opportunities? Prima-Dent / Cynergy Care is a rapidly expanding health and dental care management company in Asia. We are currently in the process of expanding into Singapore and Indonesia and a few positions open in the areas of Provider Network:
Provider Relations
Health and Dental Care Industry
Provider Network Management Role:
- Recruit, contract and maintain relationships with clinics, hospitals and ancillary care providers that are part of the provider network.
- Manage key provider relationships (including problem solving) to ensure a positive collaboration with the company.
- Analysis of provider network for adequacy in addressing member / client access requirements, as well as the identification and recruitment of new providers to meet certain geographic or care needs.
- Assist in the implementation and management of the company’s quality management programs to ensure the quality of the provider network, as well as the quality of all products and services.
- Conduct provider orientations, provider education forums and site visits to ensure that network providers are knowledgeable of Prima-Dent’s products, operating procedures and services.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience with an insurance company or health care provider.
- University degree in business, communications or marketing
- Familiarity with insurance and / or managed health care programs
Knowledge & Skills:
- Professional, courteous and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Self-starter and ability to work with limited supervision
- Results oriented
- Ability to multitask or manage several priorities at once
- Proficiency with MS Office
