Career Opportunity & Job Vacancy for PT. Mattel Indonesia – Tool Designer – PT. Mattel Indonesia is a worldwide company and a leader in toy business. We operate as the largest manufacturer of dolls and we employ about 7,000 people in Indonesia. It has two plants at Jababeka Industrial Estate Cikarang, Bekasi. Currently we have an opening position in our company requiring people with fresh ideas and insight to grow professionally with us. TOOL DESIGNER
Work Performed:
- Create part model in ProE/Delcam
- Create tool layout as per tool plan for reviewing purpose
- Create tool build planning & team coordinating to get input rom all parties for good design
- Create good tool design
- Determine mold material/BOM as per standard
- Create process drawing as per planning
- Manage tool design schedule & performance
- Lead & train subordinate to higher skill level & do improvement initiative.
Position Requirement
- D3 Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in Tool Design
- Have Basic Skill required : – Design Tools
- Have Basic Skill required : – Tool Machining Process
- Have Basic Skill required : – Knowledge of 3D(ProE/Delcam) & 2D modeling software
- Have Basic Skill required : – Willing to work under shiftily basis
- Have Basic Skill required : – Good written & verbal in English
- Have Basic Skill required : – Able to handle people
- Have Basic Skill required : – Good Interpersonal skill
- Willing to locate in Cikarang
