3. Superintendent: Ages ± 35 th, Experiences > 5 years in the field.
4. Supervisor: 28 – 30 years, Experiences > 3 years in the field.
5. Education: S1 all field (No. 1,9,10 & 11), S1 Mining/Geology/Geodetic (No. 2,3,4,5,6 & 14), STM/D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering (No. 7 & 8), D3/S1 HSE (No. 12), S1 Civil Engineering (No. 13), S1 Chemical (No. 15), D3/S1 Shiping (No. 16 & 17).
