Career Opportunity & Job Vacancy for PT Eternit Gresik – Regional Sales Manager, Production & Process Supervisor, Sales Representative – PT. Eternit Gresik (PMA), part of the ETEX Group, is a multinational manufacturer in the building materials industry, headquartered in Brussels. PT. ETERNIT GRESIK is the first producer of Non Asbestos Calcium Silicate Flat Boards and Fiber Cement Roofing Sheets. In order to reinforcing our Commercial team we are creating the following position:
- Jakarta (“RSM – JKT”) ;
- Central Java (“RSM CJ”) ;
- Sulawesi (“RSM – MKSR”) ;
- Bali Lombok (“RSM – BL”) ;
- Sumatra (“RSM – MDN”)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To implement the yearly and monthly Commercial Actions Plans of the Company,
- To achieve the regional monthly and yearly sales targets,
- To manage, motivate and develop your regional sales team and help them improve their performance and productivity,
- To co-visit and serve the key-dealers, key-contractors, key-architects and work closely with your sales team to develop the relationship with the regional actors in the construction market,
- To report regularly on the market situation, competitors’ movements, results of our actions, sales opportunities and other assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Female or male, 30-35 years old,
- Leadership, ability to negotiation, analytical skills, autonomy, honesty, hard worker,
- S1 Architect or Civil Engineer or equivalent,
- Min. 5 years commercial experience, if possible in the construction products industry and for an international company (PMA),
- Min. 3 years managerial experience of sales forces, if possible at the service of the distribution, contractors, architects in Indonesia,
- Good knowledge in English,
- Windows, MS Office.

PRODUCTION AND PROCESS SUPERVISOR (Prod&Proc)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To analyze the production results and establish a relation between results and process parameters in order to maximize the production result,
- To execute in the field all projects agreed with the Production Unit Leaders and coordinate closely with the QA/QC Supervisor,
- To respect all ISO/OHSAS procedures,
- To achieves goals, to study and put in place all necessary actions with regard to machines, raw materials and workforce,
- To takes into consideration safety related problems and determines necessary precautions in organization and usage of raw materials and consumables,
- To propose and execute the necessary modifications for improving the production process,
- To organize/participate in the technical training programs of our factory’s employees,
REQUIREMENTS:
- Female or male, 26-30 years old,
- S1 or equivalent in Chemical Engineering,
- 3 – 5 years in laboratory or production process,
- Good knowledge of ISO standards,
- Good knowledge in English,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Software (“Windows”, “MS Office”).

SALES REPRESENTATIVE – EAST JAVA (SRep – EJ)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To develop our presence, market share and brand visibility in the building materials distribution network, at traditional and modern retail shops.
- To implement the actions of the Company’s commercial action plans and achieves the sales targets according to the budget.
- To maintain and develop the best possible relationship with our distribution network, and provide them with our best possible technical support and services.
- To organize and conduct some products demonstrations and animations at the retail shops.
- To negotiate with our distributors and retails shops.
- To participate in the evolution of our strategy to our distribution network, and propose some evolution of our services, displays, mock-ups, marketing tool
- To update permanently our customers’ database and files.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Female or male, 26 – 35 years old.
- S1 Civil engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience, ideally in the building materials industry.
- Good team player.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Driving license A is a must.
- Good knowledge in English.
- Windows, Excel, Word.
