SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT HEAD (SCM HEAD)
Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the role):
Coordinates the materials management in order to have ideal Inventory Level for all Sector, arranging the availability of finished products in proper quantities and on time.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the 5-7 main results of the role to be achieved ):
- Serves the Distributors, Manufacturing clients, Overseas-buyer with optimum service level by maintaining on time delivery and reach thus the targeted customer service level.
- Implement Working Capital Reduction Initiative : to reach targeted Inventory value.
- Avoid keeping idle items in the Inventory by evaluating regularly – sow movers/dead products, propose running, value loss of possible destruction due to expiry, propose reduction in batch size, propose reduction in MOQ.
- Evaluate every year A-B-C class of products based on sales level 1, and review thus minimum balance of each product.
- Assures Good Production Planning for own manufacture as well as for 3rd parties, including packing activities for Animal Health; assures thus good material management.
- Participates in improvement of Marketing Forecast Accuracy by reviewing and reporting the result.
- Contributes in new product launches.
- Assure Good Warehouse Practice which is to comply with the Novartis GMP, Industrial Hygiene, Health Safety & Environment Policy.

Education :
- Bachelor degree (S-1) in Economic, Science, Industrial Engineering.
Languages :
- Fluent in English.
Experience :
- Some years professional experience in supply chain management, warehousing.
- Knowledge of complex supply and logistics processes and ideally knowledge in project management.
