CUSTOMER CARE TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR (CCTA)
- Handle Customer Care Technical administration job/ Project administration;
- Answer customer questions & Explain the process to the customers, Understand the customers needs.
- Plan the replacement process & Replace Equipments on site.
- Do Financial Report & weekly report.
REQUIREMENTS
- S1 preferably electrical Engineering from Reputable University
- Experience min. 1 year in technical/ project administration
- Knowledge on Electrical low voltage product is advantage
- Customer Oriented, Good Communication skill, able to work under-pressure
- English active both oral & Written, Computer knowledge
