Carrefour operates mainly in Europe, Brazil, Argentina, Dominican Republic and Colombia, but also has shops in North Africa and Asia. We are currently looking:
Policy & Regulation Developer
Responsibilities:
- Execute the assignment that set in the policy & procedure assignment plan
- Collect and analyze all information related to the existing business practices
- Create policy and procedure document foe every retail business processes applied by the Company
- Cooperate with the process owners to create, review, and validate new or amended policy and procedure document
- Collect the feedback and comments from the process owners and other respective parties on the draft of policy and procedure document
- Propose the draft of policy and procedure document to the respective directors for review and validation
- Deal with administrative records
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum experience 2 years
- Preferably graduate from University of Indonesia (UI), Atmajaya University, Trisakti University or Tarumanegara University
- Good command in English
- Preferably have knowledge and experience of ISO or developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Applicants should be Indonesia citizens or hold relevant residence status
Policy & Regulation Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Create training presentation and materials for every policy and procedure document
- Conduct the training of new or existing regulations to all respective parties
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training outcomes
- Keep up to date with the application policy and procedure documents
- Deal with administrative records
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Required skill (s): Training, communication skill and Computer literate
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience in training especially deliver the training materials is required for this position
- Preferably coordinator / supervisor specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
- 1 Full-Time positions available
- Applicants should be Indonesia citizens or hold relevant residence status
