Production Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Responsibility to manage daily activities of production process in Gemba (shop floor)and in SAP system
- Lead subordinates to achieve production target & Ensure all of employee at production floor training properly
- Actively involve in the implementation of ISO 9001, Health & safety environment and deal with abnormal situation at production floor focus to maintain high quality level, on time delivery & high efficiency level
- Actively involve to Build up good communication, and empowering people to work with Kaizen (continuous improvement process)
Specific Requirements:
- Experience in handling production process to the related institution
- Have knowledge in running production manufacturing activities such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), ISO 9001 & 14000, GMP especially in cosmetic, HSE & Lean principles
- Have exposure in managing production process & critical control point
General Requirements:
- Min 3 years experience in supervisory function
- Bachelor degree from Industrial engineering or chemistry for production.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- English & computer literate
- Flexible, good initiative & independent
- Good leadership skill & team approach.
- Ability to identify and pursue new ideas, solutions, methods or opportunities to increase productivity & quality
- Know effectively how to deal with change & resistance
