Coca-cola Bottling Indonesia (CCBI) is looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a challenging and interesting position of:
Occupational, Health and Safety Officer (OHS Officer)
In this position, your main responsibility is to prevent injuries and maintain the health and safety of employees.
The successful candidate will report directly to OHS Manager Jakarta Plant, in managing the following accountabilities:
- Developing, introducing and implementing OHS program
- Preparing OHS training material and conduct training, identify business process, manage documentation system and check OHS implementation
- Conducting OHS audit.
- Conducting SMK3 program socialization
- Periodically monitor, report and document accurately and in timely manner comply with The Coca-Cola Quality System.
- Implementing working standard (SOP’s, WI, Form and other manual) to optimize work result
- Monitoring and controlling operational according to The Coca-Cola Quality System, company rules and regulation, does not impact on environmental damage and protect health and safety to employee
In line with the above mentioned challenges, the best-fit Candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Holding Bachelor’s (S1) Degree majoring in Occupational Safety and Health/Industrial Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Chemical Engineering
- Having minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing industry
- Possess strong communication, good inter relationship & able to work in team.
- Having knowledge of SMK3, ISO 14001, GMP, contractor management, government regulation on safety and health
- Having knowledge of Indonesian OH&S regulations & Hazard Identification
- Able to operate computer program MS Office
- Good English communication skill both verbal and written

Industrial Relations Officer
As the incumbent, your main responsibility is to handle and manage the Industrial Relation related issues.
The right candidate will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities:
- Developing communication among management, union and employee
- Developing relationship with manpower office and related institution (government and non-government)
- Mapping industrial issues
- Applying regular bipartite meeting
- Handling and settling industrial issues
- Organizing employee’s social, religious and sport activities
- Conducting training & guidance to employees on the application of the company’s policies, procedures and proper Industrial Relations practices
In charge for such essential roles, ideally the incumbent would be required to demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Having Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Human Resources Management or Law
- Having minimal of three (3) years of experience in handling industrial relation issues
- Having comprehensive knowledge about Indonesian Employment & Labor Law, and good Industrial Relations Practice
- Showing good communication and negotiation skills, so as to blend in a multitude cultures as well as people with various background
- Having knowledge of FMCG industry
- Good leadership and management proficiencies
- Good English communication skill both verbal and written

HR Services Manager
As the incumbent, your main responsibility is managing HR services function to meet the customer needs and delivered in accordance with agreed service standards.
The successful candidate will report directly to HR Business Partner (HRBP) Jakarta Plant, in managing the following accountabilities:
- Developing, managing and controlling headcount, personnel cost, indirect and other related expense.
- Managing and analyzing overtime, shifting pattern and allowance/benefit, propose productivity and saving, third parties and indirect expenses analysis
- Managing salary structure and do salary review
- Managing and controlling policy (CLA and other company policy) are inline with company requirements, well implemented and effective.
- Developing, implementing and managing selection and recruitment system.
- Developing, implementing and managing employee progression, succession planning and employee promotion and migration system
- Managing and monitoring Third Parties
- Managing and controlling the General Affair program and activities, including GMP, canteen, employee facility, building and outside area.
In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:
- Holding Bachelor Degree from any discipline
- Having minimum of three (3) years experience in HR management position
- Showing good communication and negotiation skills, so as to blend in a multitude cultures as well as people with various background
- Performing an upright business acumen

Packaging Development Specialist
In this position, you will be responsible for new products or packaging development in Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia (CCBI) to meet The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) standard requirements.
Exposure of your responsibilities are:
- Managing New Products/Packaging Development Projects
- Ensuring the CCBI Strategic Suppliers is in line with TCCC requirements
- Defining Marketing requirements of new products/packaging, and communicate it to Technical and Production team
- Dealing with suppliers on specific requirement for packaging term
- Monitor packaging quality of existing products and do improvement if required.
- Managing improvement process of existing packaging for cost saving benefit.
- Auditing supplier’s production sites, providing suggestion and corrective actions to respective supplier as well as maintaining the packaging quality.
- Maintaining the documentation of raw material specifications and best practice implementation;
- Developing the supply chain of raw materials;
- Packaging innovations by using new technology update.
In charge for the aforementioned essential role, you would be expected to have the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Packaging Technology
- Minimum three (3) years working experience in New Product and Packaging Development areas
- Excellent project management skills in establishing action to accomplish goals, and planning proper schedule to deliver the projects. Understanding Ms Project application is a plus point
- Excellent communication skill both verbal and written English
- Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
- Mature, reliable, pro-active, co-operative, and having strong sense of urgency is a must
- Able to maintain stable performance under pressure
