Senior Administration Supervisor

Reporting to the BSF Manager, you will contribute to the ongoing success and achievement of the business objective of Thiess Indonesia by providing professional in the following area: Human Resources, Finance administration, payroll, and medical administration.
Requirements for this position are minimum tertiary education in Diploma or University degree, preferable from Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting, with minimum 2 years experiences in similar role such as Administration for HR, accounting, payroll and others admin field. The applicant should have strong leadership, good communication both oral and written in English, good organization skill, computer literacy, diligent, hard work, honest, and good performance.
Security Supervisor

Reporting to the External Relation Supervisor, you will manage all security activities and control performance to met user satisfaction; contribute to the ongoing success and achievement of the business objective of Thiess Indonesia by providing skills; continually improve service support quality as require by business unit; to manage the administrative facilities in accordance with Thiess Values and TMS; keep company confidential and to maintain safety in the work place; to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE & Q outcomes and the business results; actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times; promote a professional image of profile company as service ant o provide proactive, quality administration support to the business.
Requirements for this position are minimum Senior High Scholl with minimum 2 years experiences in similar position as Chief Security. The applicant should have leadership skill, good communication both oral and written in English, good organization skill, computer literacy, good health, good in relationship, diligent, honest and hard worker.
Security Manager

Reporting to the Corporate Service Manager, you will review and recommend changes to the security policies of projects, Jakarta and Balikpapan; recommended and manage security strategies in conjunction with the relevant Thiess Managers in event of special security problems in Thiess areas of operation; review and recommended changes to the Thiess security staff structure; assess the competency of Thiess security staff and recommended changes to relevant Thiess Managers for approval; establish a detailed training plant for security personal in conjunction with the Balikpapan Training Centre to improve the competency of Security personnel; establish and maintain relationships with the senior police, military, government and community personnel in the areas that Thiess operate; comply with applicable laws and regulations, develop and manage tactical resources and planning relating to the establishment of short and long term strategy plans; and provide strategic advice and information to senior management.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a degree in law, post graduate degree in law would be preferred or Police Academic, with minimum 6 years experience as Security Manager, ex-police or military senior officer/general and very important that you have a good networking on external – policy and government, strong leadership skills, good analytical and focus on detail; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.
