PROJECT MANAGER
Qualification:
Having knowledge in Building construction and Technical drawing
Having strong analytical and problem solving
Education S1, Civil Engineering
Experience: Having experience min 5 (five) years as Project Manager (Property/Building)
Computer literacy is required and proficient in AutoCad
Able to work independently, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure

SUPERVISOR SENIOR, GENSET
Qualification:
Education S1, Electrical Engineering
Experience: Having experience min 5 (five) years on trouble shooting, reapairs and maintaining Genset min 200 Kva
Computer literacy is required and proficient in AutoCad
Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure

ARCHITECTURE
Qualification:
Education S1, Architecture
Experience: Having experience min 3 (three) years design interior/exterior or architecture
Computer literacy is required and proficient in AutoCad
Able to work independently, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure

BUSINESS PLANNER / ESTIMATOR
Qualification:
Having knowledge in Building construction and Technical drawing
Having strong analytical and problem solving
Education S1, Civil Engineering
Experience: Having experience min 5 (five) years as estimator on Property Business
Computer literacy is required and proficient in AutoCad
Hand sketching and other graphic software
Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualification:
Having knowledge in Building construction and Technical drawing
Having strong analytical and problem solving
Education S1, Civil Engineering
Experience: Having experience min 5 (five) years on
Computer literacy is required
Able to work independently, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure

PARKIR MANAGER
Qualification:
Having knowledge on complaint handling and customer focus
Education S1, any discipline
Experience: Having experience min 8 (eight) years on

TECHNICAL & MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Qualification:
Basic knowledge on telecommunication, network concepts, down liner optimization, inventory and cash flow concepts
Having knowledge on complaint handling and customer focus
Education S1, Electrical Engineering
Experience: Having experience min 8 (eight) years on
Computer literacy is required
Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure

TELECOMMUNICATION MANAGER
Qualification:
Having knowledge on complaint handling and customer focus
Presentation skills
Education S1, Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication (preferred)
Experience: Having experience min 8 (eight) years on
Computer literacy is required
Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure

SAFETY & CCTV MANAGER
Qualification:
Having knowledge on Presentation skills, complaint handling and customer focus
Education S1, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred)
Experience: Having experience as safety manager at Building/Property with min 3 (three) years on handle safety / CCTV
Computer literacy is required
Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Qualification:
Having knowledge on accountancy standard, Finance and accounting system, Tax and treasury matter
Handle finance matter on property business
Education S1, Accounting / Business Administration
Experience: Having experiences min 5 (five) years as Finance & Accounting Manager
Computer literacy is required
Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Qualification:
Having knowledge on Service Excellent, Presentation skill, complaint handling and customer focus
Pleasant and friendly manner
Education S1, any discipline
Experience: Having experiences min 5 (five) years as Customer Services Manager
Computer literacy is required
Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure

HRD MANAGER
Qualification:
Having knowledge on Organization Dev, Job Analysis, Job valuation (Hay/Wyatt or CRG would be advantages), Designing Salary Structure & Performance Appraisal
Having knowledge On Training Needs Analysis, designing training Program and Training Evaluation
Education S1, any discipline
Experience: Having experiences min 8 (eight) years as HRD Manager and daily operation on the following aspects such as : Recruitment & Selection, Training & Dev, Compensation & Benefits (Payroll & PPh-21), Industrial Relations, General Affairs;
Computer literacy is required
Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure
