Motor Image Enterprise Pte Ltd – We are the distributor of SUBARU automobiles in South East Asia and belong to the Ten Chong Group of Companies. We are now looking for someone with the ambition and zest to establish a long term career with a growing organization to apply the position as:
General Manager (To Be Based in Indonesia)
You will provide overall leadership to the team under your charge and responsible for sales volume and profit margins for the country. Specifically, you will organize and map out the marketing direction and business strategies, determine competitive pricing package and develop advertising and promotion programmes. You are also expected to be a self-starter and able to manage people from various cultures.
You are likely to have tertiary qualifications in business or marketing discipline and at least 8 years of progressive experiences in sales and marketing, particularly in motor trade business. Those without the relevant industry experience but have strong passion in pursuing an extraordinary career in automobile sales is also welcome to apply.
Personal qualities sought include a flexible approach in doing business, a very keen sense of business ancumen, and a strong sense of integrity and professionalism. Being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia is a requirement.
