Gemalto Pte Ltd – Gemalto provides end-to-end digital security solutions that are designed to make personal digital interactions more convenient, secure and enjoyable. They range from the development of software applications through the design and production of secure personal devices such as smart cards, SIMs, e-passports and tokens to the management of deployment services for our customers. We are currently seeking qualified, highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join us as:
Pre-Sales Engineer – Secure Transactions
Responsibilities:
- Reports to/ supports the Sales Manager and Technical Manager
- Be able to asses customers’ requirements and provide technical recommendation on EMV Smart Card products
- Lead in project management, includes external communications to banks/customers, as well as to internal development team
- Prepare technical presentations and provide training to the customers
- Ability to travel and support overseas account when necessary
- Ability to work under pressure with tight timeline and manage task prioritization
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science
- 2-3 years working experience preferably in the financial industry. Fresh graduates with good academic results may also apply
- Fluent in both spoken and written English with command of a second language an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Smart Cards and software programming preferred
- Good presentation skills
- Experience in project management techniques
