Reporting to the Mining Manager, this position will ensure mining work procedures are documented and incorporated and compliant with TCI Standard and Satui Site Standard and client and legislative requirements; review and maintain Mining Management plan in conjunction with Mining Manager; implement and maintain mining inspection and monitoring tools to comply with current Mining Management Plan; ensure all relevant Incident Investigation Corrective actions are auctioned and implemented to all mining areas.

This position requires at minimum of Bachelor degree of Mining; a minimum of 5 years experience in similar role within the mining/constructions; interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate. Having strong motivation, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

Beside that proactively assist all department managers and superintendents to managing industrial relation environment and dispute settlement.

Requirements for this position are preferred degree from Law, Psychology, Business, Engineering, Economy or Communication with previous experience in a varied admin role, Industrial Relation or Lawyer Association. Others requirement for this position, applicant should be able to communicate well and has good organization skill, basic computer skills in word and excel and be able to draft reports.

Capital Management Senior Officer
Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, analyze, negotiate and close investment projects, including greenfields development and acquisition opportunities (leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, change of control opportunities)
  • Structure the investment process so that they address the most critical issues on each deal.
  • Lead financial and feasibility analyses for all phases of investment, financing and development activities.
  • Prepare written documents and make oral presentations of proposed transactions to the relevant parties internally and to outside parties (private equity investors, hedge funds, banks, investment banks and insurance companies)
  • Assist in managing existing partnerships and form new relationships to develop new potential investment opportunities.
  • Perform market, economic and demographic research to assist in evaluating markets for existing or potential investments that generate returns well in excess of the company’s cost of capital.
  • Assist the asset management team to formulate appropriate exit strategies for investments.
  • Assist and participate in negotiating favorable business terms and conditions for all investment projects.
  • Participates as a team member of the Capital Management Group which is responsible for all mergers and acquisitions of new investments, new business development and when necessary, continuous monitoring of investments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum MBA degree or post graduate qualification in Finance
  • At least 3 years experience in related areas of investment, investment banking, commercial banking, property finance or development
  • Possesses strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Good team player.
  • Good command of English, verbal and written.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in reviewing purchase or sales agreements, partnership agreements as well as real estate documents.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing investment or transactions term sheets.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, able to work independently and capable of interfacing with the company’s CEO, senior management and senior advisors, various investment, legal, banking and development professionals at a higher level.
