Medical Doctor, HR Recruitment Officer
PT. Kartika Bina Medikatama (Medika Plaza) – A Company majoring in Medical Service Provider is seeking:
Medical Doctor (MD)
Qualifications:
- Physician/General Practitioner preferably graduated from medical school in Indonesia and has completed PTT
- Experienced at least 5 (five) years on medical emergency response & OH program in Oil & Gas company or similar industries
- Registered with the Indonesian Medical Council and having copy of STR document
- Having valid ATLS, ACLS, Hiperkes and Sea Survival training certificates.
- Experience in handling Medivac (Medical Evacuation)
- Dokter Ahli Kesehatan Kerja Muda (IDKI) is preferable.
- Self reliant whit the ability to work independently and as part of a team as well.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization and remain calm in emergency situations.
- Strong in communication skill & interpersonal skill.
- Capable to communicate in English for both oral and written, can write report in English
- Administration experience, computer literate, familiar with MS Office.
- Available, willing and ready to place at remote site in Papua (BP-LNG Papua) (schedule of 4 week on duty and 4 week off)
HR Recruitment Officer
Qualifications:
- S1 – Preferably graduated from psychology faculty
- Experience at least 2 ( two ) years as Recruitment Officers, preferably in medical related company
- Good in English for both written and oral
- Good administration skill & and computer literate
- Having a good relationship with human resources center and network
- Willing to work hard and multitask
