ERP Specialist
Responsibilities:
- IMG SPRO Customizing for module FICO
- Create and Maintenance all master data
- Responsible for project goal in SAP Module FICO.
- Responsible for analyze Business Process Owner and Core needed by System.
- Responsible for preparing Business Mapping for new business process request.
- Create and Upgrading SOP by SAP System and User Implementation
- Responsible for controlling and preparing user training module SAP
- Controlling and Improving SAP Team Objective & Role
- Responsible for reporting projects goal SAP Team
- Coordinating and Controlling user role & activities by SAP System
- Responsible for availability source of master data & role in SAP System
- Explore Implementation Improvement of Business Process in System SAP
Requirements:
- Male or Female, max 35 years old
- Holds Bachelor degree of Management Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years related experience.
- Proven experience in SAP System FICO (PP, MM & SD will be advantage)
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Good presentation skill with strong problem solving skills
- Good analytical skill, proactive, outgoing and good team player
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Based in Jakarta
R&D Regulatory Specialist
Responsibilities & Functional competencies:
- Quality orientation and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
- Strong in numbers and analytical problem solving.
- Excellent in ISO System, HACCP, GMP, Auditing 3rd Parties
Requirements:
- Male or Female, max 30 years old
- Holds Bachelor degree of Pharmacy, Food Technology, Biotechnology or Chemistry.
- Minimum 2 years related experience in Food & Beverage Company.
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage products registrations (to BPOM), Halal Certification, Export Product Regulations.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance and implementation of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and Auditing 3rd parties suppliers.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Fluent in Mandarin (Preferable)
- Familiar in working with office programs (word processor, spread sheet, etc)
- Based in Jakarta
Trade Marketing & Promotion Manager
Responsibilities:
- To contribute to the growth of a brand on market, by driving new product launches and pushing pillar products through the implementation of promotional and advertising excellence.
- Execute the local adaptation of advertising creative material; implement media recommendation.
- Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plan for products.
- Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to management.
- Manage marketing budget for products and ensure sales forecast accuracy
Requirements:
- Male & Female in Trade Marketing & Promotion Manager’s requirement
- Holds Bachelor degree or equivalent majoring in Marketing or Communications in Public Relation (bachelor in Food Technology/ Industrial Engineering will be an advantage
- Max 40 years old
- Min. 8 years experience in FMCG industry
- Having ability to manage marketing of the brand, including advertising and promotion
- Energetic, creative, detail oriented, knowledgeable in media planning
- Good knowledge of retail and finances
- Knowledge with researching and analyzing competitors, market trends and consumers
- Fluent in speaking, writing, reading both English and Bahasa
- Good interpersonal and effective communications skills
Engineer Section Head
Requirements:
- Male
- Age max: 35 years old
- Holds Bachelor degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in related fields (same industry will be an advantage)
- Good knowledge in Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Siemens PLC
- Having knowledge in Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures and standards
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Good presentation skill with strong problem solving skills
- Fluent in english both oral and written
- Fluent in Mandarin (Preferable)
- Familiar in working with office programs (word processor, spread sheet, etc)
- Based in East Kawarang
Marketing Brand Executive
Responsibilities:
- Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to Brand Manager.
- Interact effectively with other departments (sales, logistics, R&D department) to support marketing objectives
- Involve in any marketing projects, in create events & acquire for sponsorship
- Marketing conceptual thinking, including advertising and promotion, brand management
- Demonstrates initiative to solve problems and a proven ability to achieve set goals
- Customer focus & sales oriented
Requirements:
- Male or Female with mature, pleasant and confident personality
- Age max: 30 years old
- Holds Bachelor degree or equivalent majoring in Marketing or Communications in Public Relation (bachelor in Food Technology/ Industrial Engineering will be an advantage).
- Minimum 2 years related experience required in Consumer Goods Company is a must
- Good analytical skill, proactive, outgoing, well organized
- Cooperative, practical, friendly, and good team player
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Highly responsible
- Fluent in English language and computer literate
- Fluent in Mandarin (Preferable)
- Based in Jakarta
