Key Account Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor qualifications in Business / Commerce or Mining (with a Business / Commerce double)
- At least 8 years of experience in commercial and contract management, preferably in Mining or associated industry
- Tertiary qualifications in Mining
- Strong contract management skills
- Strong desire to extend business process knowledge and skills across all Company business areas
- Ability and desire to work autonomously serving as advisor (problem-solver attitude), independently manage responsibilities (goal setting skills), result & deadline oriented, negotiation, and influencing.
- Excellent energetic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in interacting with multiple customers.
- Excellent communication skill of both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- To be based in Jakarta and willing to travel frequently within the country or overseas – when required.
- Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business Ethics

- Bachelor or Diploma degree in Mechanical from respected university
- Minimum 5+ years experiences in heavy equipment maintenance preferably in oil and gas industry and/or exposures in operations. Preferable experience with brands such as Caterpillar, Cummins, Renault, Foden, Detroit.
Electronic Maintenance Technician (Job Code: EET)
- Bachelor or Diploma degree in electrical/electronics engineering, information technology, instrumentation engineering from respected university, mm 6PA 2.7, fresh graduate are welcome.
General Requirement:
- Able to work under pressure and independent, good leadership skills with ability to lead by example,
- Strong analytical and good interpersonal skill, computer literacy is a must, fluent in English both oral and Written.
- Familiar with HSE requirements and safe practice of work.
- Willing to travel to remote sites, preferable to have SIM-A license.

Small Medium Enterprise Relationship Officer Program
As a Trainee, you will be required to undergo an extensive and enhance in-class and out-class training to become SME Relationship Officer (RO). As RO, you are not solely concerned with bringing in new customers but also maintaining existing customers. You will ensure the delivery of revenue, both funding and lending assigned monthly and annually with supporting from Business Manager as your mentor.
The Job Description comprises:
- Conducting penetration and cross selling activities to achieve credit and liabilities portfolio target for SME segment,
- Maintaining good relationship with customer for SME segment,
- Monitors SME portfolio quality,
- Provides suggestions to Business Manager to minimize risk, and
- Preparing and ensuring accuracy of reports.
Specific accountabilities encompass:
- A bachelor degree, preferably from the following Major: Economics, Management and Marketing. Those who are coming from Engineer, Agribusiness and Communication are also welcomed,
- Demonstrates good command of English, both verbal and written,
- Exhibits an excellent Ms. Office skill, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point,

- Keen to be flexible and mobile, and
- Displays a fine networking ability to enhance business’ growth.
