Description:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST I, II
Provides technical support and training to users of the Autodesk Utility Design system and other systems, including Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD), AM/FM/GIS and GPS software applications.
Assesses user needs, troubleshoots problems, provides recommendations and develops solutions.
Presents information and instruction to users regarding new procedures, requirements, and current issues.
Qualified candidates must have a Certification in CADD technology, or an equivalent combination of experience including at least two years demonstrated experience using Autodesk CADD and/or AUD software applications.
Associate’s degree in CADD technology along with five years experience using Autodesk CADD and/or AUD software applications preferred.
This position requires extensive travel, typically every other week, including overnight stays away from assigned location.
