- KTT certificate holder (POP, POM, and POU),
- Good knowledge about mining reclamation and rehabilitation,

SENIOR ELECTRICIAN
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 40 years old,
- High school, diploma or equivalent in related major,
- 7 years experiences as electrician,
- Understanding English minimal passive.
Job descriptions:
- Performs work required for repair, maintenance, installation, and modernization of electrical systems for building, equipment and grounds,
- Performs work of skilled variety demanding a high degree of manual and technical competency,
- Locates and determines electrical malfunctions using test equipment,
- Repairs malfunctions by such methods as replacing burned out elements, fuses, and replacing defective wiring, cleaning, and repairing motors,
- Test electrical equipment, such as motors, heaters, and control for safety and efficiency, using standard test equipment and by observing functions,
- Installs fixtures, wiring conduits, motors, and other electrical equipment,
- Knowledge of security and fire alarm system,
- Performs other duties as may be required,
- Overall operation and maintenance in charge of all genset, lighting tower and lighting distribution in office, crusher, conveyor, and mine,
- Implementation of preventive and schedule maintenance of all genset, LT to achieve 85% availability,
- Spare part requisition in advance based on preventive maintenance and daily observation,
- Expertise in engine overhauling in case of breakdown,
- Knowledge and experience of electrical panel, MCD, dynamo, etc.,
- Requires initiative and ingenuity to analyze a situation and to make frequent technical decisions based on specification and electrical codes.
CHIEF MECHANIC – WATER PUMP
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 40 years old,
- High school, diploma or equivalent in related major,
- 5 years experiences as chief mechanical water pump,
- Understand English minimal passive.
Job descriptions:
- Overall operation and maintenance in charge of all water pump,
- Implementation of preventive and schedule maintenance of all pump to achieve 82% of all water pump in mine operation,
- Expertise in engine overhauling in case of breakdown,
- Alignment and installation of pumps with engine, fitting all accessories of pump as required for best effective operation of pumps,
- Requires initiative and ingenuity to analyze a situation and to make frequent technical decisions based on specification.
SENIOR GEOLOGIST
Job descriptions:
- Plan detailed exploration of the coal concession, including identifying outcrops,
- Able to calculate reserve estimation from borehole data,
- Plan borehole drilling patterns and drill hole logs,
- Lead and monitor a team of exploration in daily tasks, such as mapping, surveying and drilling,
- Able to use AutoCAD for mapping and reserve estimation,
- Coordinate with mining department regarding future mining plans and pit limit markings,
- Coordinate with public relation department, regarding making of land of different owner,
- Communicate with surveyor regarding topographic survey.
Requirements:
- Geological degree from reputable university,
- Passive in English,
- AutoCAD is must,
- Experience of working in the coal field as senior geologist minimum 7 years,
- Ready to work in remote area,
- Leadership qualities is must.
SENIOR SURVEYOR
Job descriptions:
- Survey by TS,
- Download data from TS to computer,
- Making contour plan in auto cad/ software,
- Make sections (cross action/ longitudinal section) for volume calculation of OB and coal in auto cad/ software,
- Volume calculation of OB and coal in new mines pit for calculation of SR & SL,
- Make monthly progress of mine by measuring OB in pit 4,
- Make monthly calculation of physical stock coal,
- Provide data to production team for SR, SL and mineral reserve,
- Data management.
Requirements:
- Geodetic degree from reputable university,
- Passive in English,
- AutoCAD is must,
- Experience of working in the coal field as senior geologist minimum 7 years,
- Ready to work in remote area,
- Leadership qualities is must.
