Job Title: CAD Specialist/ Project Coordinator
Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CAD Specialist/ Project Coordinator in the Construction and/or Manufacturing industry to join a stable organization located in Sacramento . This position requires strong attention to detail, a customer service focus and AutoCAD technical abilities. This position facilitates order fulfillment with direct contact with large, national customers ensuring timely and accurate delivery. This is a fast paced office that will provide continued challenge and growth.
Job Location: Sacramento, CA
Job Duties:
- Manage and maintain contact with large, national accounts
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of finished product
- Work closely with manufacturing department
- Coordinate with 3rd party manufacturer
- Performing related functions using AutoCAD
- Strong communication skills with manufacturing, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), vendor, logistics and client
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years like experience in a manufacturing or construction company
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Extensive experience using AutoCAD with structural drawings
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities
- Effective and accurate communication abilities, both written and oral
- AA preferred
- High level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Work in a diverse background
