About the Job:
- WorleyParsons is a leading provider of professional services to the resources & energy sectors and complex process industries.
- The US and Latin America/?Caribbean region of WorleyParsons has an immediate opening for a Senior Architect for architectural design of buildings for both infrastructure and industrial projects.
- Initial project assignment is anticipated to be a large office building and support facilities including parking structure, guard houses and electrical substations.
- Responsibilities will include preparation of drawings, interior design and assist with preparation of other technical documents as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a BS in Architecture and minimum 7 years post graduation experience.
- Registration as an Architect and/?or Interior Designer preferred or actively pursuing registration.
- LEED AP certification considered a plus.
- Infrastructure/?commerical architectectural experience required and industrial experience a plus.
- Experience with large scale multistory office buildings or similar projects required.
- Experience with design of industrial buildings which may include Control Buildings, Laboratory Buildings, Maintenance Shops and similar facilities would be a plus.
- Must be able to prepare conceptual to construction drawings using AutoCad software.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit 3D modeling software would be preferred to 2D CAD experience only.
- Experience should also include interior design of large well appointed office buildings or similar.
- Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision.
