Make a Difference of Senior Civil Designer

Project:
Parsons is providing the U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command engineering analysis, design, fabrication, and installation of training systems that allow Marines to practice deployment and maneuvers in an urban setting. As part of our team, you will be actively contributing to a safer world for future generations.
Need:
We are seeking a senior civil designer with experience on projects involving grading, drainage, site development and erosion control. The successful candidate will utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD Land Desk Top software to develop both orthographic (2-D) and (3-D) models, engineering drawings, and plans from rough sketches and/or design information. You will work closely with other designers and civil engineers to ensure a coordinated design and compliance with safety factors, codes, tolerances, and specifications.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional civil design experience developing both 2D and 3D models
- Proficient with Civil 3D and AutoCAD Land Desk Top
- Microstation experience is a plus
- 2 year technical degree
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
